Due to the nature of digital marketing services, all service fees paid to Rank Kori are generally non-refundable. When you hire us, you are paying for time, strategy, planning, research, and execution—not guaranteed outcomes.
However, in specific cases, partial or full refunds may be considered according to the terms below.
Service-Based Refund Conditions
Refunds may be provided only under the following conditions:
2.1 Work Not Started
If the project has not started and no work has been delivered, clients may request a refund within 48 hours of payment.
2.2 Duplicate Payment
If you were charged twice by mistake, the duplicate payment will be refunded immediately upon verification.
2.3 Project Cancellation by Rank Kori
If Rank Kori cancels a project due to internal reasons, the remaining undelivered portion of the service will be refunded.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are strictly non-refundable:
- SEO services after work has begun
- Completed digital marketing services
- Facebook ads setup & management fees
- Consultation fees
- Website audit reports (once delivered)
- Delivered digital assets
- Partially completed services where work has been provided
Third-party tools or ad spend (Facebook, Google, Hosting, etc.)
All digital marketing results depend on many external factors—therefore no guarantees can be made.
Ad Spend Refunds
Rank Kori does not refund any ad spend amounts paid to:
- TikTok
- Third-party tools
These platforms follow their own refund policies.
Service Delivery Issues
If you believe the service was not delivered as described, you must notify us within 7 days of project delivery.
We will review:
- The agreed upon scope of work
- The work delivered
- Any communication logs
If an error was made on our side, Rank Kori will fix it at no additional cost.
Digital Products (If Applicable)
Digital downloads, templates, or resources are non-refundable once delivered because they cannot be returned.
