How to Grant Access to Your Facebook, Instagram, and Meta Ads

Why We Need Access

To effectively manage your social media presence and advertising campaigns, we need access to your Facebook Page, Instagram account, and Meta Ads Manager. This allows us to create and publish content, engage with your audience, run advertising campaigns, and track performance metrics. These are all crucial elements of your digital marketing strategy.

What Level of Access We Need

We require the following access levels:

  • Facebook Page: Admin access(Through Business Portfolio)
  • Instagram Account: Full access (connected through Facebook)
  • Meta Ads Manager: Admin access to your Ad Account(Through Business Portfolio
  • Meta Business Suite: Admin access to your Business Portfolio

  • Review your existing ad campaigns and performance data
  • Begin implementing your social media and advertising strategy
  • Set up proper tracking and reporting
  • You retain full ownership and control of all accounts

Security Notes

Granting access allows us to fully manage your accounts, but:

  • We cannot remove you as an owner or admin
  • We cannot delete your Facebook Page, Instagram account, or Ad Account
  • You can revoke our access at any time through Business Settings
  • All actions we take are logged and visible in your activity history

For Multiple Pages or Ad Accounts

If you have multiple Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, or Ad Accounts, please ensure we’re granted access to all relevant assets. You can do this by repeating the process for each asset or by using the Business Portfolio method above.
